Guest rooms at the Hideout are filled with rustic charm—comfortable and cozy, with private bathrooms featuring tiled walk-in showers and quartz topped vanities.
Located across three levels of the home and easily accessed from the central stairway, the rooms are designed for you to truly settle in during your stay. And while each room is individually decorated and has its own special layout and character, all rooms offer plush bedding, luxurious toiletries created with natural ingredients and essential oils, and both western- and wildlife-focused artwork.
You’ll also find some combination of closets, dressers, luggage racks and coat racks in your room for your belongings, and access to a peaceful patio and the sights and sounds of nature nearby.

Five individually decorated guest suites each include sumptuous bedding, a private spa-like bathroom, spacious closet, dresser, reading chair, woodland views and access to your own peaceful patio. Common areas include a living room, dining room, kitchen, walk-in pantry, laundry room, stone fireplace, outside deck with a firepit, and 4 acres of lush vegetation amidst the towering pine trees and distant views of the Jackson Hole Valley. Only a mile away from downtown Wilson and 5 miles away from the city of Jackson we are close to everything but also far enough away to get yourself back in touch with nature.
Renting out the entire house of the Jackson Hole Hideout has become a popular option for families, family reunions, corporate retreats, or just about any other small gathering event. When you rent the entire house, you get complete privacy with no other guests on site coupled with an innkeeper service that is readily available upon your request. (The innkeepers live on site in a separate attached unit.) During the Summer months (May 15th – Oct 15th) the owners quarters is included in the rental of the entire home (called the Teton Grand Suite) which with this 6th suite allows for up to 4 additional guests, making 16 guests to be accommodated in total. During the winter months (Oct 16th – May 14th), this Owners quarters or 6th room suite is not available and is not included due to the innkeepers occupying this space. During the winter months, up to 12 guests can be accommodated in the home.
We are tucked into the woods with a beautiful view of the valley and nature of Jackson Hole. Enjoy the view while eating a hearty morning breakfast specifically cooked by our onsite innkeepers with your dietary needs in mind. Here, the most important meal of the day is also the most delicious. Rise and shine with a fresh, hot and filling breakfast…you definitely won’t leave the Hideout feeling hungry!
If you’ve never experienced Jackson Hole before, you are in for a treat. And if you have been to the area before, you have never experienced it like this. See why we’re the perfect home base for your Jackson Hole adventures!

Why wait? It’s easy to book online or by phone. But there are a few things we want you to know before making your reservation with us.
Given our small size, our unique setting and our desire to exceed expectations, we want you to be fully aware of the Hideout’s general policies.
LENGTH OF STAY
While we require a three night minimum stay, please contact us by phone if you’re interested in just one or two nights. Exceptions are made on an individual basis.
ROOM RATES
Nightly rates vary by room and by season and are subject to taxes and fees as follows: 6% sales tax, 5% lodging tax and 2% hospitality fee.
– The rates include a fresh, hearty, homemade breakfast served to all guests at 8 AM, free parking and free Wi-Fi. Please note that our kitchen and dining areas are set up for breakfast only, and we ask guests to visit one of our many local restaurants for dinner.
– Guests also have access to a 24/7 beverage and snack bar, a full-size refrigerator and microwave, an outdoor fire pit and the great room with fireplace, piano, small library, board games, puzzles and satellite television.
– And we loan out items like hiking poles, binoculars, coolers, picnic blankets, sunscreen and bear spray.
Please note, an extensive continental breakfast or Grab and Go Breakfast may be substituted for a traditional full breakfast based on Covid 19 CDC Guidelines,Teton County Guidelines, State of Wyoming requirements, and is ultimately at the discretion of the innkeepers.
EXTRA PERSONS
Maximum occupancy for the guest suite is 4, and for each of the other guest rooms is 2. If we are able to accommodate an extra person via a built-in window seat, a sofa or a twin-size air mattress (which will depend upon the room selected), there will be a $25 per person per night charge for those over 12 years of age. Extra persons must be discussed and confirmed with the innkeepers prior to booking.
ACCESSIBILITY
As the home has multiple levels due to its hillside location, guests will have to use stairs to enter and move around the home. The innkeepers are available, if needed, to assist with luggage handling.
Also, we recommend your rental vehicle have all-wheel drive and good tires with visible tread. This will help you better navigate our driveway and other gravel roads throughout the valley, no matter the weather conditions.
If you’ll be pulling a trailer or driving a recreational vehicle / camper, please contact the innkeepers prior to booking.
CHILDREN
Children are welcome at the Hideout, but the unique layout and design of the home requires parents to keep a close watch. For very young children, we have both a portable pack ‘n play (with bed linens) and a high chair ready for your visit.
RECREATIONAL EQUIPMENT RENTAL
THE JACKSON HOLE HIDEOUT BED AND BREAKFAST provides recreational equipment free of charge such as (2) single kayaks, (2)paddleboards, (2) fly fishing poles, (2) electric bikes(20-50 mile range), etc. However, prior to use, each user shall be required to sign our waiver and release of liability form and provide the form to the innkeepers. The equipment is provided on a first come first serve basis with no reservations. Tell the innkeepers what you would like to use when you arrive.
