KEY DETAILS

  1. Outdoor micro weddings at the Jackson Hole Hideout are available to reserve from May 15th to October 15th. If you are interested in an intimate winter micro wedding, please contact us for more details. We typically book out about a year in advance so please contact us for availability as soon as possible.
  1. Our outdoor deck is a perfect spot for a micro wedding of 16 people or less. If weather is a problem, the ceremony can be moved inside into our living area.
  1. Our indoor areas are not designed for a full reception, but rather just an intimate gathering around the fireplace and dining area for dinner or relaxation. We recommend if you want a more elaborate reception, to engage in services at restaurants around Jackson Hole after the ceremony.
  1. Our parking is fairly limited and is designed for our guests only. If additional parking is required please contact the owner to discuss your needs.

We do have a concierge who can help plan your excursions for your group while you stay in Jackson Hole.

Booking Policies and Information

Why wait? It’s easy to book online or by phone. But there are a few things we want you to know before making your reservation with us.

Given our small size, our unique setting and our desire to exceed expectations, we want you to be fully aware of the Hideout’s general policies.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • The Jackson Hole Hideout provides the Facility only and does not do wedding planning or provide additional staff for an event.
  • While we have contacts for photographers, coordinators, and officiants, we are not responsible for their services.
  • Special requests are at the discretion of the Jackson Hole Hideout and are agreed upon on a case-by-case basis.
  • The whole house rental is required for a micro wedding or any other event to occur in the facility.
  • We have a maximum guest requirement of 16 people that must be adhered to.
  • If non-guests are performing duties on the property, an insurance certificate must be purchased with the Jackson Hole Hideout as an additional insured entity on the certificate.
